Ingredients:
- 100g of Mezze Maniche Healthy ProteINS
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 2 knobs of butter
- Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
- Salt (as needed)
Preparation:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it once it reaches boiling. Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic clove and chili pepper into julienne strips.
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a large pan and heat it over low heat with the garlic, chili pepper, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Let the mixture sauté until golden. In the meantime, cook the pasta in the salted boiling water and drain it al dente (12 minutes), reserving a small amount of the cooking water.
Transfer the pasta directly into the pan, turn off the heat, and add 2 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water along with one knob of butter.
Plate the pasta, then return the sauce to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes over low heat with an additional knob of butter before mixing it with the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
