Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g of Mezze Maniche Healthy ProteINS
- 450 g of zucchini
- 15 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh basil (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it once it starts boiling. Meanwhile, dice the zucchini into small cubes using a knife. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large pan over low heat, adding the peeled garlic cloves.
Let the garlic sauté until golden, then remove it. Add the zucchini, season with salt, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. While the zucchini is cooking, boil the pasta in salted water and drain it very al dente (12 minutes), saving a bit of the cooking water.
Transfer the pasta directly into the pan with the zucchini and add a little cooking water (2 tablespoons). Sauté everything briefly (no more than one minute), stir well, then turn off the heat. Add a few fresh basil leaves, and your Protein Mezze Maniche with Zucchini is ready to be enjoyed!
