Ottimo prodotto assolutamente da provare! Buonissima con qualsiasi tipo di condimento,non ha nulla da invidiare alla pasta tradizionale con un valore aggiunto rispetto a quest' ultima: garantisce un salutare apporto proteico. Tiene molto bene la cottura rimanendo perfettamente al dente.
Fantastica! Una pasta che tiene perfettamente la cottura e caratterizzata da una trafilatura in bronzo non industriale, che le dona la capacità di aggrappare qualsiasi condimento/sugo si prepari!
